Process Description and Cycle Times

ISP will be establishing performance standards for tasks that we perform so that our customers will understand the process and know what to expect. Based on the March 2007 survey, we found that there were a number of uncertainties with respect to the what was involved in a process and the amount of time required to perform a process in ISP. We are now assessing each process to establish a streamlined process with the published performance time line. As we develop each of these "cycles" we’ll post this information, so that you will know what you can expect from us.
