Welcome to ISP Pre-Award,
ISP Pre-Award is a service oriented group made up of seven (7) Pre- Award Specialists offering assistance to faculty and staff in IFAS (College of Agriculture and Life Sciences) regarding research-related matters.
Pre-Award staff members are always available to assist faculty and staff with budget development, interpretation of guidelines, contract negotiations and to answer questions regarding University policies and procedures.
Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. There is normally someone available throughout lunch to accommodate busy faculty members and their staff.
In order to assist you better we ask that you adhere to internal proposal
deadlines and inform your Pre-Award Specialist of proposals that you are
working on. If we can be of assistance, please call us at 352-392-2356
